Dermatologist Recommendation

I was advised to use this by a consultant dermatologist. It is recommended for very dry irritated eczema - not only does it make the skin more comfortable, but it helps remove some of the dry skin. Its one of the few products recommended for dry skin conditions because of the limited number of ingredients in it. Therefore it is unlikely to contain irritants. Its not too good for your clothes, so wear some old PJs or other old clothes after use. I use this when I have a flare up, works wonders

50/50 Emollient - best for serious skin promlems

There are many creams and potions for various skin problems, many specifically targeted to specific conditions. For general dry skin problems, including chronic conditions such as psoriasis, 50/50 Emollient is one of the best options.
