BIOCATH® Foley Catheter 

The BIOCATH® Foley Catheter is designed with an ultra smooth hydrogel coating that increases patient comfort, making it ideal for both short and long term use.

It has been shown in studies that BIOCATH® reduces urethral irritation, and can resist bacterial colonisation and encrustation.

BIOCATH® is suitable for both urethral and suprapubic use and is available in standard, female, paediatric, AQUAMATIC® (prefilled) and AQUAFIL® (with prefilled syringe of 10mL sterile water - hospital only). 

Can remain in situ for up to 12 weeks.

    Have been using the bard catheters for the past 15 years without any problems like some other makes that have resulted in problems.
