Excellent product, speedy arrival

I am very happy with this product. It is quite large for a doctor's bag, but that is what I was looking for. It has enough space for plenty of equipment, as well as notes, files, bnf and personal items. There is even a laptop pocket, although I don't think I'll ever use that. Despite being quite bulky it works very well as a rucksack. It seems very good quality. I've realised it will also serve very well as a hand luggage bag for flying - wasn't thinking of that when I bought it! The only problem with it is that the pouches inside the main compartment are attached with Velcro, and the scratchy side of the Velcro is the one on the bottom of the case. As I only use two of these pouches and have removed the rest, I have to put up with some scratchy Velcro at the bottom of my bag. Delivery was excellent, I selected free delivery and it arrived lunchtime the next day. Overall, very satisfactory.
